Shipping & Delivery Liability Policy

At Blessie Gold, once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, along with its tracking number, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, delays, or damage that may occur during the shipping process.

The responsibility for transportation rests solely with the selected shipping carrier. Any claims related to loss, delay, or damage must be handled directly by the customer with the carrier using the provided tracking number.

Customers may choose to provide a FedEx Office location as the delivery address to pick up the package directly from that location, or they may provide their personal or business address. In all cases, a recipient must be present at the time of delivery to sign for and receive the package, as a signature is required to complete the delivery.

Blessie Gold is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping details carefully before completing the purchase.

At Blessie Gold LLC, we ship all orders within a maximum of two (2) business days after the purchase is confirmed.
All shipments are made exclusively through FedEx, and include insurance and mandatory signature upon delivery.

Important Delivery Recommendations

Due to the high value of our 18k gold pieces:
• We recommend selecting a nearby FedEx office for package pickup.
This ensures a secure delivery and helps avoid any issues.
• If a residential delivery is selected and the customer is not home at the time of delivery,
FedEx will not leave the package without a signature.
In most cases, the package will be returned or redirected to the nearest FedEx location for pickup.

Blessie Gold LLC is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages returned due to absence at the time of delivery.
